To Use: Gently shampoo hair, rinse and towel-dry. Block damp hair into sections and wrap. Lightly mist rods with water. Place cotton around hairline and towel at nape of neck. Apply Waving Lotion to top and underside of each wrapped rod and re-saturate. Cover head with plastic cap. Process at room temperature for 5 - 20 minutes, depending on hair type. Perm has stop action and will not over-process on normal hair. Tinted hair requires test curl at 3 - 5 minutes and every 1 minute after. After processing, apply Neutraliser, wait 5 minutes then remove rods and rinse hair.
